Oggi ho provato a farla.
Ecco la ricetta (per ora in inglese):

1 pkg. (or 1 1/2 pkg.) spinach (10 oz. bag)

remove stems, tear leaves

1 pt. strawberries, sliced

1/2 med. red onion - chopped

1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts - toasted



Dressing

3/4 c. sugar

1/3 c. white vinegar

1 tsp. dry mustard

dash salt

1 1/2 tsp. grated onion

1 c. oil (vegetable)

1 1/2 Tbs. poppy seeds



Put all dressing ingredients into a jar and

shake hard to mix. Can be made ahead of time.

(Best if used at room temperature.)

Toss with salad (not all dressing - too much)

just before serving.
